The Rosary is composed of 59 beads, each representing prayers that guide us in meditation and devotion. The larger beads mark the Our Father prayer, while the smaller beads represent the Hail Mary prayer. Every set of ten Hail Mary beads is called a decade. At the end of each decade the Glory Be, and the Fatima Prayer is also said. Each decade invites us to reflect on a specific event from the life of Jesus and Mary. These Mysteries are organized into four categories: the Joyful, Sorrowful, Glorious, and Luminous Mysteries.
